A short mail beats a long form.
There is no form on this page on purpose. Four lines in a mail get a better answer than twelve fields, and they get it from a person rather than a queue.
A school, a hospital block, a site, a depot, a ward. Whatever the place is called by the people who work in it.
Buses, gates, floors, machines, vehicles, streets. A rough count is fine. A precise one is better.
Cards, readers, units in the cabs, anything that was bought once and is now half used. Also fine if the answer is nothing.
The one you cannot answer today without ringing somebody. That question is the whole brief.
A reply, then a visit, then one small thing live.
You get a written answer to your question, including the honest version where the answer is that we are not the right people for it.
If it looks like a fit, we come and walk the place. Nothing useful about a site is visible from a call.
One ward, one block, one route or one package goes live, and you judge it on what it told you that you did not already know.
